Before the work beginning measure car height between a bend of a wing and the earth. Remember the given size and recheck it after the work termination. If the difference which cannot be corrected independently turns out, address on service centre Ford.

Removal of the cross-section lever spend in the following sequence:

- Remove a back wheel;

- Turn away an external bolt of fastening of the cross-section lever;

- Remember position of the lever for the subsequent installation;

- Turn away an internal bolt (fig. 258) and remove the lever from a seat.
