Pump removal spend in the following sequence:

- Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery;

- Merge cooling liquid from cooling system as it is described earlier;

- Remove a pump pulley as it is described earlier, before it ослабьте a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units and remove it;

- Remove a gear belt of drive ГРМ as it is described earlier;

- Remove натяжитель a gear belt and a pump pulley as it is described earlier;

- Remove an engine support (fig. 176) for what slightly raise the engine;

- Remove the pump (fig. 177) a cooling liquid for what slightly raise the engine;

- Remove pump consolidation, again it is impossible to use it.

Installation finish in sequence, return to removal. Before to wrap bolts, establish the pump on a pin. Fixing bolts tighten at first the moment 10 Нм, fastening of a support of the engine — the moment 33 Нм and pulley bolts — the moment 23 Нм. Check up before the first start-up of the engine of a phase timing.
