- Remove hoses and disconnect a contact socket for model without the conditioner (fig. 66);

- Disconnect wires of the generator and a contact socket from the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering;

- Disconnect generator wires on model with climatic installation.

All models

Remove a broad tank of system of cooling;

- Disconnect spring clips of a broad tank of the amplifier of a steering and take aside;

- Disconnect hoses of system of cooling and heater hoses;

- Remove vacuum pipelines from capacity with the activated coal;

- Disconnect a tube from the working cylinder and the main cylinder of coupling, a tube muffle and take aside (fig. 67);

- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units as it is described in section 15.

Models without the conditioner

Remove the holder of the pipeline of the hydraulic booster of a steering.

- Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering with basic a plate and fix a wire.

Models with the conditioner

Remove the holder of the pipeline of the hydraulic booster of a steering;

- Remove the compressor of the conditioner and fix its wire;

- Take out from a transmission the left shaft of a drive of forward wheels and will fix its wire. Close an open aperture in a transmission assembly заглушкой.

Models with the conditioner

Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering, a belt of a drive of auxiliary units with натяжителем and tie up them above a wire (fig. 71).

All models

Turn away bolts of fastening of support of the engine. Be careful: the list terminator is under loading (fig. 72);

- Separate a contact socket of the oxygen gauge;

- Separate a contact socket of the gauge of pressure of oil;

- Separate a contact socket of the gauge of an angle of rotation of a cranked shaft (HARD CURRENCY);

- Turn away bolts of fastening of a forward flange of a reception pipe and remove a lining.

The prevention Do not bend сильфон system of release of the fulfilled gases (fig. 73).

Spadework on removal of the power unit

Arrange under the engine and a transmission a steady assembly table;

- Lower the car till the moment while the engine with a transmission will not lay down on an assembly table;

- The power unit fix by means of wooden wedges and in addition fix by means of couplers;

- Cautiously disconnect топливопроводы, the fuel part will come to light. Connections submitting топливопроводов have white colour or are designated white маркировочной by a tape. Connections returnable топливопроводов have red colour or are designated red маркировочной by a tape (fig. 74);

- Lift the car, thus the power unit remains on an assembly table;

- Take out the power unit from under the car;
